Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Dunki’ and Prabhas’s film ‘Salaar’ are going to have a huge clash at the box office. Booking of both these films has also started. Just a few days ago, booking figures from the US were revealed. Looking at the figures, Prabhas’s film ‘Salaar’ seems to be overshadowing Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Dunki’. Now after abroad, booking has started in India also. Both the films are making waves in booking.
‘Saalar’ movie directed by Prashant Neel and ‘Dunki’ directed by Rajkumar Hirani is the most hyped movies in India right now. The king of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan has taken his throne after returning to the screen after four and a half years. Both the movies have been delayed earlier but finally, these two big-budget movies are going to be released at the same time. According to a report, Dunki has sold 33,770 tickets for 2,836 shows in Hindi on the first day. Dunki has already earned 1.24 crore rupees. On the other hand, Salaar has sold a total of 51,280 tickets so far with 867 shows. The movie has earned 1.52 crores so far in advance sales.
‘Saalar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’ stars Prabhas and actors like Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan and Jagapathi Babu. It is directed by filmmaker Prashant Neel. On the other hand, Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’ stars actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu, and Boman Irani. Both the films are released during the Christmas holidays. Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘Dunki’ will be released on the big screen on December 21, and Prabhas’s film ‘Salaar’ is going to hit the theatres on December 22.
