Honor launched a foldable smartphone called the Honor Magic V2 in July and the Honor Purse V, a surprising folding phone with a novel design, last month. Honor has launched their third foldable phone this year. The new phone is named Honor Magic Vs2. Which is considered to be the slimmest foldable phone right now. Honor Magic Vs 2 specifications
The slim and lightweight phone has an AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 5,000 mAh battery. It is 5.1 millimetres thin when unfolded and 10.7 millimetres when folded. The company said that it weighs only 229 grams. The device has an elongated rectangular camera module and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner installed in the power button on the right side. Honor has used a titanium hinge mechanism on the Honor Magic Vs2 for improved durability.
The Honor Magic Vs2 has a 6.43-inch primary outer display, which offers a resolution of 2,344 x 2,156 pixels and a maximum brightness of 2,500 nits. The inside of the phone has a 7.9-inch foldable screen with a resolution of 2,376 x 1,080 pixels. Both displays have AMOLED panels, 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The unique smartphone has 16GB of RAM and 512GB of in-built storage.
On the photography front, the Honor Magic Vs 2’s triple rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 20-megapixel telephoto sensor with 40x digital zoom. And there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera in front. For power backup, the foldable phone comes with a 5,000mAh battery backup with 66W fast charging support. In terms of software, Honor Magic Vs2 runs on MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13.

Honor Magic Vs2 is available in Glacier Blue, Velvet Black and Coral Purple colour options in China. The base 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced approx. ₹79,825, while the higher-end 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model is priced at approx. ₹87,810. The company will release this unique smartphone soon in the global market including India.
